I can’t seem to find any

I can’t seem to find any heavy scripts with the looped ’v’, and that ’s’ is unusual too. My best ideas are just similar: Freehand 521 (Mandate) and Bello Script.

I was browsing around and I think this is 3 or 4th time I see this font. Please identify it for me. How do you guys identify fonts?
